user name & password that you will use the day of the sale and
go check-out the horse previews.
Please read all posted terms and conditions
carefully for each sale and keep in mind you must meet the stated
criteria set forth by the auction house to be approved to bid.

Step 3
Approval |
From the information entered during the registration process, you
will be contacted by an employee of RHU to be approved for bidding.
The process is simple, but
can sometimes take a few days to be completed. Please
register early to make sure there are no problems the day of the
sale. (Banks are closed on Saturdays). All bidders will be
required to have a credit card on file with a minimum $400.00
refundable security deposit for the protection of our sellers and
the sale company.
**Please Note: You can register up to 1 hour prior to
the sale, but approvals are under severe time constraints and the
approval process and terms are considerably more stringent. There
is a possibility you may not be able to be approved in this short
period of time.

Click on the bid now button, put in your user name and password
and begin bidding.
**Note: there is an online chat section at the bottom of the
bidding screen to ask questions. Please remember this is an
auction and it goes very fast so we will do our best to answer as
many questions as we can.
If you are the winner you will be immediately contacted in this
screen for conformation of the sale and then by phone to verify
payment & transportation arrangements. If no
conformation is received the animal will be re-run through the
sale and the bidder will be responsible for all penalties set
forth by the agreed upon terms & conditions. |

Step 5
Payment / Shipping |
|
After the event, the auction house will reconcile all bids to
ensure correct winner information. All payment for items won
on the internet will be handled by RHU sales clerks at the
sale arena and conformation, terms of payment and terms of
transport must be completed prior to the end of the sale.
Transportation of all animals is the responsibility of the buyer
and arrangements confirmed prior to bidding. At the drop of the
gavel full ownership is
transferred
and all expenses accumulated by the animal after that time is the
sole responsibility of the new owner. Please

prior to
bidding.
If no conformation is received
the animal will be re-run through the sale and the bidder will be
responsible for all penalties set forth by the agreed upon terms &
